What is the lead time for the Hydronamis Disaster Relief Device (DRD)?
Lead times can vary depending on order size, customization, and destination. Standard units are made to order and approximately ship within 6-9 weeks from the date of order. Upon completion, domestic shipments within the continental United States (lower 48 states) typically require one (1) additional week for ground transit. Delivery times for international destinations may vary depending on customs clearance, logistics arrangements, and regional import procedures.

What is the DRD return or warranty policy?
All DRD units are made to order (MTO) based on customer specific options/upgrades. For this reason, returns are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued.
